Technical responsibility
Who is accountable for the products we import
Under Brazilian law, the company that imports and regularizes personal hygiene products, cosmetics and fragrances holds the regularization and is accountable for them before Anvisa (RDC 907/2024, art. 3, XXI). That is why every product that enters through Azhara passes through our Technical Officer before reaching the market.

We publish the stage of our regularization so suppliers and partners can plan with the same information we have. This page is updated as each stage is completed.
- Company incorporated, with an active CNPJ
- Registered with CRF-SP, with a designated Technical Officer
- Headquarters and warehousing facility in São Bernardo do Campo
- Anvisa Operating Authorization (AFE) to import cosmetics, fragrances and personal hygiene products
- Facility sanitary licence with the municipal health surveillance authority
- Technical qualification of the first international suppliers
- Notification and registration of the first products once the AFE is published
- First shipments and the start of B2B distribution
Until the authorization is published, Azhara does not sell products subject to sanitary surveillance. Commercial conversations and technical supplier screening can already begin.

Greater ABC, São Paulo: between the port, the airport and the country's largest consumer market
Azhara is headquartered in São Bernardo do Campo, in the Greater ABC industrial region. Sea freight arrives through the Port of Santos, Latin America's largest port, or through the Port of Paranaguá; air freight through Guarulhos or Viracopos international airports. The choice of port and airport is made shipment by shipment, according to origin, cost and lead time. The team works in Portuguese and English, on Brasília time (UTC−3).
